What are the things to remember when booking with iWantSeats
- Arrive at least 30 minutes on the pick up point so that you can give ample time for the reservation officer to check your e-tickets.
- They do allow re-bookings and cancellation thru their website. Refund depends on the policy of the bus operator. The terms and policy are provided before payment and it should be agreed upon purchase by the passenger.
- As of the moment, they have disabled the round trip booking option due to operational purposes. What you need to do is to book your departure and arrival separately.
What I love about iWantSeats
- Booking your bus ticket has never been as easy as booking your hotels and airline tickets! With just a few clicks, you can reserve and confirm your seat and just go to the terminal on the day of your trip.
- Explore new places, or travel to and from your city without having to wait hours at the terminal as a chance passenger.

Watch out for new trips coming soon!

I am curious about this iWantSeats.com. Were you able to ride in their bus yourself? How was the experience?

HEY! I like! Thank you for posting this. Recently I have been learning how to commute and of course being able to book seats early and online makes it less stressful for me who is … sort of new to commuting. I will definitely check this out!

Bookings now should really be all online to avoid hassle. Passengers are willing to pay more for the comfort they truly deserve. This is a great start for the bus transport system.

Interesting to know about. I do like to book my tickets in advance. It saves money and time. I’ve never traveled in the Philippines, but I usually use the website Rome to Rio to learn about booking bus trips.

Woohoo! This is a very helpful website especially for those planning to do an out of town trip but doesn’t want the hassle of lining up to terminals early just to buy tickets. Recently, our househelp needed to go Bicol for a week-off. This would have been great help.

I am also using Iwantsseats to book in advance. Since I frequent Baguio, this tool really helps in reserving your tickets in advance and without the hassle. Used this for quite some time already and never had any problems with it. 🙂

Oh wow, this is a great app! I’m so happy that the Philippines is catching up with technologies like this! I hope they’ll include Paypal as a mode of payment though. Will definitely try this soon!
That bus in Baler looks comfy. I have never tried a luxury bus in the Philippines!

I like to take the bus in Europe when I first fly some where. I did it in Portugal. This seems easy and functional. The bus looks comfortable as well

The idea of booking a bus online is not just cool but is very helpful!!! I have a lot of colleagues who live away from their families and during holidays, they go to their respective provinces to spent time with their loved ones. The problem they always have is booking for a bus as they need to actually line up at the station. I hope this kind of service will be more prevalent to slowly cater to many destinations in our country 🙂

Haaa , that would be my little helper I think . I haven’t been on any busses from the day I left school , and that was many moons ago 🙂 You were worried to find a seat , I would be even more worried to find the bus at all ! LOL , I am really surprised , how things have changed . Great app (y)

This looks promising. I do hope that they would have more destinations to go.
