SM Mall in San Jose del Monte City in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) has successfully achieved the 100% vaccination status across employees, agency staff, and tenant partners.
For the safety of its frontline workers and customers, and to stay true to its commitment to provide safe malling experience, SM City San Jose del Monte encouraged all its employees to get vaccinated against Covid19 and rewardingly became the second mall to hit the 100% vaccination status next to SM Center Tuguegarao Downtown.
“We are truly grateful for the strong commitment of LGU and the mall team, SM City San Jose del Monte is now 100% vaccinated. It is true that we can really be stronger and can achieve significant milestones if we will all work hard.” said Regional Operations Manager Lea D. Sta Ana. “We will remain committed in giving the community the safest shopping experience.” she added.
Last May 14, the mall became one of the LGU’s partner in inoculating those in the priority list. Then, the City Health Office started with just 400 vaccines per day. And now that there are more available vaccines, they were able to inoculate 2,000 at the most.
And since vaccines became available to category A4 or the frontline personnel in essential sectors, the mall management became the bridge to the city health and to its frontline employees who weren’t yet vaccinated to get their jab done, which includes the guards, janitorial services, sales clerk, affiliates and tenant’s staff.
Regardless of this achievement, SM City San Jose del Monte will continuously and strictly implement the minimum health protocols such as wearing of face mask, face shields, social distancing, washing of hands, and bringing their own handy alcohol or sanitizers.

When Colet Raya and her husband Gelo enlisted the help of Sun Life financial advisor RJ Montes for their insurance and investment needs, little did they know that he would also be the key to fulfilling their dream business.
